Bigger breasts for 15-year-old girls

pp2pnet news | Off Topic:- Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez is furious over a new trend for the beauty conscious.
The country is well known for its beauty queens, says Reuters, but Chavez says the latest idea for birthday gifts is going way too far.
Girls turning 15 are being given bigger breasts to celebrate their coming of age.
But, “That’s horrible,” the story has Chavez declaring on his Sunday TV show, which went on for a record eight hours. “It’s the ultimate degeneration,.”
Plastic surgery for 15-year-olds follows, “Western-imposed consumerist icons such as Barbie dolls,” says Chavez, according to Reuters, which goes on:
“While breast implants are advertised on TV and banks offer special credit lines for such operations, if girls do get the enlargements they are not expected to become sexually active afterward.”
Adds the story, “In elevators, at huge, jam-packed shopping malls, women can be overheard openly boasting about their recent, conspicuous operations.”
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons says breast augmentation is the most commonly performed cosmetic surgical procedure in the US, says the Wikipedia.
“In 2006, 329,000 breast augmentation procedures were performed in the U.S.,” it states.
Reuters doesn’t say if penis augmentation is also offered to Venezuelan boys when they turn 15.
Meanwhile, “According to an FDA study, more than half of those who have had silicone implants for 6-10 years, and 80% of those who have had implants for 10-15 years, will experience at least 1 broken implant, and 21% will have their implants migrate to another part of their body,” says the Canadian Women’s Health Network.

Living in a dream world there. News to them: If girls are asking for this sort of thing, they ALREADY ARE. . .er. . .”active.”

I have great and deep sadness when I travel in various Latin American
countries and see exactly what he is talking about.
The breast implant industry via their massive public relations teams
and junk science promoters have fooled the FDA into claiming that
these faulty medical devices are “safe” and the issue is merely
“choice.”
Even though the FDA recommends no woman under 22 receive silicone gel
implants … there is noone regulating this and out of the US less
even less protection. Unfortunately, Health Canada even preceded the FDA in falsely claiming these devices are “safe.”
How many repeated operations will these young women have to endure?
Removal is an expensive and potentially dangerous operation … not covered by any warranties.
Another concern is that US implant makers in the past have dumped defective implants onto “non English speaking countries” …
Thanks for covering this story!
