America’s richest TV woman

Ms X is, of course, Oprah Gail Winfrey who, according to Forbes, is No. 1 on its list of the 20 richest TV names.
“Winfrey, whose media empire includes a magazine and stakes in syndicated daytime talk shows by Dr. Phil McGraw and Rachael Ray, earned an estimated $260 million between June 2006 and June 2007,” says Forbes.
- Jerry Seinfeld is No. 2 with $60 million
- Simon Cowell of Fox’s “American Idol,” third with $45 million.
- David Letterman, ranks fourth with $40 million
- Donald Trump and Jay Leno (both $32 million)
- McGraw and Judy “Judge Judy” Sheindlin (both $30 million)
- George Lopez ($26 million).
‘24′ star Kiefer Sutherland came in at No. 10 with a paltry $22 million.
Meanwhile, the rich are getting richer and thepoor are getting poorer.
“The combined wealth of the world’s richest 225 people (at one trillion US dollars) exceeds the annual income of the poorest 47% of the planet’s population, about 2.5 billion people,” says everything2.com.

I dont know if bill gates is as rich as we all think. honestly, with the Zune, Oragami, X-Box 360, and Windows Vista “Sucking” so much… how much money can one man have?
