Hmmmm. Who am I gonna believe, Ray Beckerman, or the Register of Copyrights?

On one hand Ray has been telling the truth like it is.

On the other hand, current copyright law doesn’t state anywhere that making available constitutes as infringement.

So who am I gonna believe?

I’m gonna believe that CARY SHERMAN SUCKS LIKE A VACUUM.

Notice how 99% of these cases only exist in america? Does it suggest there is a problem with the law, and possibly the courts?
