Just Google the band, the title and sendspace, rapidshare, megaupload or any other filesharing site and you will get loads of links from blogs, message boards, literally dozens and dozens of websites with links to those cds.

So why go after a few people that have music in their shared folder. If you really want to make a dent go after actual websites that are hosting the content.

Sharing music you bought with your friends is not criminal, witch most are doing however the “issue” is their sharing it unprotected letting anyone grab the music. who can say they are not their friends though?
P2Pers are a very close bunch, who can say we are not all friends? I use private P2P sites, mainly because i dont like my info logged by american lobby organisations and for the greater speed.
Its funny how american organisations can invade networks, spam them with fake files and packages (DDoS attacks) decreasing the networks performance and greatly inflating and hacking usage statistics by adding fake seeders and downloaders.
Thats greatly criminal here to do sutch things against networks, but apparently in US people are allowed to DDoS and spam aswell as hack networks how they want without any penalty.

I saw something about someone spamming emails to a company so their network grinded to a halt, he was prosecuted and got a penalty for it, why do noone prosecute the RIAA and MPAA and their associated companies for doing this against our public networks? Is is because doing it to servers outside the country is not the same as doing it to servers inside the country? can americans do sutch things without getting penalty for other things aswell? Can you go to another country and rape someone then flee back and recieve no punishment whatsoever even though discovered? its a very wierd standard id like to get clarified some day, as i have heard of no other country with sutch attitude to ignore what is done by its people and its organisations/corperations against organisations/corperations and people in other countries…

Our networks are monitored and logged, not just by RIAA but by researchers and others trying to do good, with RIAA hacking and inflating uploader and downloader numbers aswell as uploading fake files (some has even had malware that deletes files from your harddrives and any harddrives connected to your network!) they are disrupting researchers data aswell, hurting information and research making fake statistics that gets used by unaware researchers and groups, also making sutch statistics become usable in RIAA/MPAA favor in courts and to spread false propaganda information. sutch false information is seen when i go to the movies, in MY country… i mean wtf? are laws completely ignored all the time? you are not allowed to display sutch propaganda and/or misleading information how you want here, it is false claims, and punishable i believe, it must be punishable since toothpaste that does not work and have a doctor saying it works on commersial is false claim and very serious one too… just an example..

Why do you put up with RIAA? many things they have done has been punishable by law and court over here, do we log them and their employes and the rest of the world just to some day take them to court? no but some do, and has already began to take actions for having their network attacked, The Pirate Bay has started to take action to protect its legal network from the attacks by american music and movie industry lobby organisations.

Is it not wierd something is legal in one country, yet they take the laws in their own hands and cross the borders using internet and attacks public networks and spread malware and logg your personal information even though sutch logging is against law in that country witch the servers are in?

The soil in witch servers stand on makes that countrys laws effective on that equipment, and in sutch attacks and hacking against a network witch is in a country that has laws against sutch behavior equals to breaking the law. it is the same as if you become a tourist and visit a country, then you brake a law you can be held accountable for it, RIAA have done so on several occations, they are criminals in several countries! yet noone has done anything except lately when The Pirate Bay filed at the police.

As said i do not know mutch about US laws, but if laws do not already exist for attacks on networks and hacking networks they should create sutch laws imidietly!

Do you believe tourists have the right to break laws in other countries? they do not and history shows tourists are not allowed to commit crime in other countries, atleast that is what ive learnt from american television hehe

History shows the servers handling the code of websites are protected by the laws of the country witch they are present in.
American Music and Movie industry has broken laws many times by attacking servers in other countries and logging users information on networks hosted in countries witch that country laws forbid aswell.
RIAA has personal information witch was obtained illigally and it is not allowed to have, the informaition was STOLEN from networks witch was sprotected by laws that prohibit sutch behavior and makes it punishable to logg personal information sutch as IP adresses, witch is considered (by my country) to be as important personal information as your personal security number, witch organisations have to have permission to store and proper security in place and procedures to prevent it getting stolen and misused.

Who is stealing what? I am sharing songs i bought with my friends = perfectly legal, RIAA stole my personal information from servers protected by law, effectively breaking that law, and laws against hacking, spamming and DDoS aswell as many other laws about information handling, I do not know how many laws they have broken, but it is a hell lot more then the amount of laws ive broken by sharing my music with my friends, witch is 0 laws broken.

I hope you people in the US will open your eyes some day and see that these organisations have done a great deal of law breaking themselves in the hunt for you.
I am very pissed of, and i hope the lawsuit The Pirate Bay has filed goes well here so we can have our legal networks and sites functional and protected against attacks from american organisations, aswell as have our personal information protected from missuse.

I hope american organisations will do like other companies/organisations have had to do in the past, and ADAPT to the ever changing world and not go against it trying to stop development and progress, we have many big names witch have done so in history and believe it or not Burma is one sutch place where exacly that progress happened.

The only thing i can do is to feel sad for americans, i cannot do anything else, i cant protect my information (witch is protected by law) against american organisations in other ways then using programs to block them, but they keep getting new IPs and ways to log my information, i cannot go to the police due to not having the funds to take legal actions, i cannot go to any organisations as NO ONE wants to toutch these issues and/or sort it out.

Who is stealing and breaking laws?
I see many ignorant (sorry but i realy do think they are that) americans telling me i am stealing when i make a copy of my CD, without knowing my laws or MY rights they go on and on how I am a criminal and a thief!
I have a right to do certain things with stuff i buy, i throw it in the garbage, burn it up, shew on it, make a copy of it, crap on it and give it away, i can do what i want with stuff i buy unless hurting someone (physically) or breaking laws and creating destruction etc etc.

I have my laws and i greatly respect my laws aswell as other countries laws should i visit them sometime as a tourist (something RIAA and MPAA absolutely do not respect), or should i hack their servers protected by their laws (very unlikely ;p but who knows what im capable to xD..).

This post has become way to long, and difficult to read, but i wanted to vent my anger at american lobby organisations bad and criminal behavior! You will be punished, and hopefully you will understand you cannot do what you want to servers in other countries, you are violating the laws of witch they are protected by, and you are violating personal information handlings by stealing users personal information that are protected by law at times of theft.

I hope RIAA/MPAA employes and clients all burn and die a cruel death for contributing to global internet terrorism, theft, hacking and criminal behaviour aswell as having very bad moral and ethics for being sutch huge companies and organisations.

Also remmeber: Any company you hire to do work for you (sutch as Media Defender) will if breaking laws in other countries make you responsible (RIAA/MPAA) as you hired them to do so.
Even though many bad works have been done by RIAA/MPAA hired mini companies sutch as Media Defenders, those companies actions violating other country laws etc. will go towards RIAA/MPAA directly as they were hired to do sutch work by them.
Apparently noone was smart enough to consider what breaking other countries laws can do, and THAT is what i will enjoy watching when people finaly start to open their eyes and question these actions.
Hackers and spammers are hunted, yet organisations doing the same are ignored, why so? are organisations better then other organisations commiting the same crimes? HELL no! And RIAA/MPAA will feel that sooner or later! But for now wishing for them to burn and die is my clear favorite tbh as i cannot do ANYTHING else and yes id do anything if god made it happen! =D If i was loaded with money, the worlds largest international case would be started right away to protect peoples right on the internet and to seek and DESTROY organisations hacking and spamming networks and contributing to online terrorism.
