Russell Watson emergency brain surgery

p2pnet news | Music:- British singing star Russell Watson, who successfully bridged the gap between pop and opera, is undergoing emergency brain surgery to remove an “major” tumour.
Watson, who had a benign brain tumour removed last year, “complained of headaches while in a recording studio yesterday,” says Times Online, going on:
“A doctor was called and, when a neurologist was consulted, the singer was immediately sent to a Cheshire hospital.”
Says a message on his official site:
It is with much sadness that we have to confirm that the press reports are correct and that Russell is at this moment being operated on to remove a major brain tumour and he is in a critical condition.
“Watson had an operation to remove a benign brain tumour, called a pituitary adenoma, in September 2006,” says the BBC, adding:
“He recovered but was forced to cancel television appearances and postpone a UK tour.”
Watson’s new album, Outside In, is due for release on November 26.
He’s married with two young daughters.

A grat singer and an admirable person.
Hope he makes it through again.
