New Da Vinci revelation! More!

p2pnet news | Off Topic:- A new Da Vinci conspiracy theory has the world all a-twitter. And this time it doesn’t involve Da Vinci Code author Dan Brown.

Instead, it’s revealed by mirrors or, rather, mirroring, with a reversed picture superimposed over the original.

Yes.

The Da Vinci Code centres on the theory that in the Last Supper, the figure on Christ’s right is Mary Magdelene, not John, as is commonly believed.

Now, amateur scholar Slavisa Pesci claims, “overlaying the Last Supper as a mirrored image reveals new hidden images in the fresco,” says thelastsuppertheory.com.

It goes on that two new characters are revealed:

First, a Templar Knight is sitting on the left side of the table. The fact that he is sitting on the far out corner indicates a posture of vigilance and security.

Second, on Jesus right hand side a figure is seen cradling a baby in its arms. Could Leonardo be depicting Jesus as a baby?

Third, a goblet appears to be in front of him on the table.

Not only but also, is that Da Vinci in the right-hand corner (see 1st pic)?

And there’s more.

“As an Information Technologist & Analyst, I found Pesci’s work extremely stimulating,” posts F. Straus on his web page, continuing, “I was I curious to see if the symmetry of Di Vinci’s artistic talent left other additional information in his paintings.”So he analyzed the painting of Saint Jerome.

“In the second photo an angel is standing in front of Saint Jerome,” he says, adding, “Decide for yourself !”

Or has the the Sandeman Sherry figure (below) been sneaked in as a cunning piece of subliminal advertising?

I’m calling it the p2pnet St Joe theory ;)

And Straus is promising to analyse others paintings, so definitely stay tuned.

This looks like another crack-pot theory. If there is anything worth noting of what I’ve learned in college, it is this, it is human nature to manipulate literature and art into a fashion they love, and sharing it with the world, leaving out the intent of the author/artist. It’s been done so much so, people think that the interpretations are the true intent of the author, when in reality, it’s just another creation.

Remember after 9/11 when the $20 bill was folded in such a way that the Twin Towers were shown to be burning, while simultaneously showing the Pentagon is bombed? The U.S. Mint never designed it for that reason. Some would say it supports a government conspiracy, others would go so far as to say God destined for us to see this AFTER it happened – but others, such as myself would say the folding trick was fashioned in a way to cause horror and “oohs” and “ahs.”

Going back to this, I can’t even follow much what they’re showing. It seems to me like it is another crack-pot theory to amaze people what the artist did not intend.

    “jon deleted my comment …”

It was an accident. There were two spam comments above yours and I inadvertently deleted all three. Humble apologies :)

    Cheers!
