Britney Spears in new paparazzi incident

She was accused of leaving a ’spotter’ – someone who follows stars to tip off photographers – “seriously injured Monday night”.
He was knocked off his motorcycle, says the ContraCostaTimes, going on:
“The singer was reportedly fleeing photographers close to the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles when she collided with the rider Monday night.
“The victim was seriously injured and immediately transported to nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where his condition is unknown,” says the story, quoting Tmz.com.
However, “Miraculously, the victim was released from the hospital last night with only a tire mark on his arm. Not a single broken bone, and no internal injuries,” states TMZ.
Said That Other Blog, first to report the incident, and before the story was updated, “An X17 paparazzi has just ran over another paparazzi on a motorcycle while chasing Britney Spears who had just come out of The Four Seasons Hotel. Our source tells us that this ocurred as the caravan of chasers were making a right turn on Santa Monica Blvd. and Rexford Dr. in Beverly Hills.
“The paparazzi was hit by a silver range rover and was literally smashed under its wheels. From what we hear, the body went into seizure and then it just stopped moving. It doesn’t look like he made it, according to our source.”
Last month, Spears was said to runover paparazzi’s foot (right).
A video, “shows the paparazzi swarming around her like a pack of hyenas,” p2pnet posted.
“It’s lucky they all weren’t run down.”

I cant believe California hasnt come up with laws limiting paparazzi movements. Didnt anyone learn from Princess Diana’s incident.

I hat Britney slut because she represent all that is wrong with th emusic industry. However I am on her side on this one. This is the new fashion in Paparazi raw: Claiming to have been injured by a Super Crap I mean a super Star to make money. Yes you honor, I am proud because I got my foot rolled over by Britney slutt Yaaaaa! Now I need few million dollars.

The spotter was stalking her, end of story.
I think its time for the people to start stalking the paparazzi’s with baseball bats and protect the stars they love.
Screw the spotter, I hope he/she dies of their injuries.
If any common person were to follow someone around all day, they would be considered a stalker.
Why can;t the stars insue a restraining order against the paparazzi’s.
Also, the paparazzi’s should have to pay the star for using their image.
for most stars their appearance is what they sell. So therefor they should be able to say who can and can’t use their image.
