		<description>well it&#039;s someone who has had the phone disconnected, probably got a new phone or something. But they have a small child around and keep that phone(old disconnceted one) so they(the small child perhaps toddler or younger) can play with that phone, an not the phone the Parent currently uses. The child either pushes the preset 911 button or speed dial. The phone continue&#039;s to dial 911, the parent unknowingly of the fact that the phone can still place 911 calls continue to lets the child play with the phone. Happened to me before the only difference was that the Parent was letting the child play with the phone she currently uses, an the child would call me all the time. I&#039;d be thinking it was the mom calling then when i&#039;d answer the phone I&#039;d hear her talking in the background. then I &#039;d already know and hand up.....so there you have it case solved.</description>
