The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is a “large bureaucracy with thousands of employees” where the details of the case could easily leak out, argued Thomas Paine Dunlap, states an an attorney for Spears, says AP, adding:
“The department is investigating Spears’ parenting skills.”
Her ex-husband’s lawyer, “argued that if the court turned files over it should identify and release only relevant issues”.

What Britney needs is a privacy consultant. With one, she could easily ditch the paparazzi.

She wants the publicity. Her aids regularly tip off the paps.
As the saying goes; any publicity is good publicity. Especially when you are trying to sell (read: licence) music.

The industry can pass all these stupid anti-consumer laws, yet they don’t bother to pass any anti-paparazzi laws. This stuff can be so easily stopped. Forbid the sale of such images taken without ones permission, and penalize anyone who buys and resells said images.

Spike, banning these images violates the U.S. constitution. Besides, banning will only increase the profits.

I believe that Brittany was not loved or cared for when she needed it the most, if I could see her slow decline after the birth of Jayden James, why couldn’t those close to her see it, undiagnosed post partum depression can be devastating for all members involved, I think Brittany needed love caring understanding and most of all professional help from early on,if she had that help and security I believe her come back would have happened long ago. PPD is often misunderstood and everything she did was blown out of proportion to apease the public(not her fans they care about her) Depression can be reacurring and Brittany needs strong loving people in her life.
