Create a new system that gives complete control to the artist (content and CD selling price) in real time, within a network that reaches into different markets. Artists are going to have to do more than just play music and have an image. They will need to take marketing and promotion into their own hands with the help of partnerships. With the help of these companies providing this service of market reach, artists can make as much as they want for the CD sale. Rather than dividing up the sale between unnecessary parties, artist will make 100% causing CD prices to drop to the digital level offering fans the opportunity to have and to hold physical product. A mutual beneficial partnership between artists and companies that provides an ends to the music fans means. Is anyone listening?

Toughest part about our success was overcoming the stigmatism major labels and record execs have created. This music image, more and more a thing of the past, made it even tougher for the little guy with the good intentions to fix the problem created at these major labels. The solution was to do the right thing for the artist, which isn’t really a problem at all. The problem was greed….

We weren't surprised when major labels didn't listened. We did it on our own. www.SubwayRecords.com

Oh, right, it’s not the industry’s fault for sucking. No, it’s HIS fault for trying to make what should be a “skilled” job work for him. Get a clue.

YOU get a CLUE, DUMBASS!

Do you actually think anyone can make you work somewhere? NO! It was his fault for staying there and being mistreated.

You are an even bigger idiot than he is, because you cannot see he did not have to go through that shit!

He put HIMSELF through it. Grow up.

I am not saying the industry is not corrupt..,.it most certianly is and the whole thing needs to be changed. But idiots like YOU think just because someone is struggling in a dead end job, that they have to be there.

Here's a clue idiot, they DON'T have to work there! There are other jobs....he admitted this himself. He said he wanted to be there because he loved music.....but no amount of music is going to make me go through what he did no matter how much I love it.

I can see the posters point about the big labels and some people know how greedy they are....but good grief.....HE was the one that LET them do that stuff to him!

Until he finally could not take it anymore and quit apparently....but I would not have been as STUPID as he was in the first place and put myself through that....no matter HOW MUCH I loved music!

It was his fault for putting himself through that idiotic nonsense in the first place!

He should have told them to go talk a long walk off a short pier years ago. But yet he admits he went through all that and could have actually made more money a quiznos....and for what? A few CD's? A few concert tickets? How STUPID can one person be?

No one feels sympathy for them. They have been ripping everybody off for years with their price fixing monopolies (no government intervention ; no surprise). Not to mention screwing artists.

This is called justice. The world wouldn't miss record companies; that's a certainty.

I bet they long for the good old days when home taping was "killing the industry" and VCRs were all the rage. They got tons of money back then.
