It was taken in Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, Alaska by Eric Rolph. I never met Emily, but am a friend of Emily's friend Perlie the Pony Girl. Perlie is very saddened by the loss of her friend, and, considering the nature of Emily's death, has been very frightened as well. I do want to ask you one favor, if you would. We have updated the tribute page at http://discordia.loveshade.org/xtra/emily.html, and you might want to consider updating your version. We may have inadvertently said a thing or two in this earlier version that, considering the current level of the investigation, might be best left unsaid. Thank you for your help.
