Is upgraded DIGG broken?

p2pnet news | P2P:- DIGG has a new look and as founder as Kevin Rose pointed out last month, it’s Wall Street Journal-centric.
“The Wall Street Journal Online is adding Digg buttons across the entire site, and you’ll now have full (free) access to the articles submitted to Digg,” it says.
But is DIGG allowing people to dig?
We had two emails saying it’s rejecting URLs. p2pnet routinely submits story web addresses and when we tried to enter http://www.p2pnet.net/story/14201, the url for the Zoey Zane malware Trojan story, “This link does not appear to be a working link,” said DIGG.
“Please check the URL and try again.”
So we did, half a dozen times, in all, with that and the previous story, Caught with your pants down. But Nope. No joy with either of them.
Is DIGG broken? Or is it merely experiencing a hic-up with the (presumed) new software update?
Or is it, somehow, p2pnet? Did we fail to read an instruction or infringe the Terms of Service, maybe?
Just asking
