NY firemen delay Neil Young show

p2pnet news | Music:- Led Zeppelin, the Sex Pistols, Radiohead, etc, etc, are big-name acts coming up with gimmicks and revivals to try to stay relevant in the digital 21st-century.
But among Canadian stars who don’t have to resort to that because they’re always tuned in and popular is Neil Young.
However, 3,300 “confused” fans had to wait for almost an hour and a half to get into a Neil Young New York concert, and an appearance by his wife, Peggy, had to be cancelled, says Reuters/Billboard.
How come?
In what Young called a “bullshit excuse,” fire officials were checking the elderly United Palace Theatre was safe.
“His wife, Pegi, was supposed to open the show around 8 p.m., but since no one was allowed in until well after 9 p.m., it was decided that her performance would be scrapped,” says the story, adding:
“Young is scheduled to play five additional nights at the converted movie theater, which is now owned by a church.”
