Screwed, blued and tattooed ;)
p2pnet news | Advertising:- Here’s copyright infringement with a difference
A woman in western Sweden wanted a tattoo with a heart accompanied by the caption: “You will always be in my heart”.
“Delighted with the outcome, she returned to the tattoo parlour to have the name of her loved one added to the original tattoo,” says The Local.
The tattoo artist asked if he could write his own name as an advertisement.
He was turned down, but he went ahead and did it anyway, says The Local.
Was he charged with infringing the copyright of the woman’s person?
Nope.
He’ll be appearing in court on charges of causing wilful bodily harm, adds the story.
