Of course because these two judges has been corupted by the RIAA. I wnder how much money they received from them! Talk about a justice without credibility or how to damage the US society.

Maybe the Judges son/daughter got caught downloading in College/University and he had to do this to save their asses from the RIAA Music Terrorist Charges

jon, that cannot be done, another judge cannot appoint to another judge, only the state can do so. this law was made exactly to keep the legal system as less corrupt as possible.

Agree, seems awefully wrong.. But RIAA is involved so not a suprise, they throw cash to anyone to favor their side.

Only one thing to say, that’s illegal. A judge cannot make himself head, only can the state do so, he can file a motion to preside over cases but not force himself. If the defendants don’t want that judge they can have it changed, simply state that they believe he is corrupt and the judge will be changed.
