McCartney deafens the neighbours
p2pnet.net News:- Beatle Paul McCartney has been giving people in London, England, a hard day’s night.
Apparently, Eric Pemperton, 67, thought it was a neighbour’s stereo, says a BBC story here. Then he realised it was coming from the Millennium Dome across the Thames from his home.
“It is bad enough that he arrives every morning in a noisy helicopter,” said Pemberton, pointing out that his cat didn’t like McCartney’s music either.
He (McCartney, not the cat) was rehearsing for an upcoming European tour.
The Beeb reports says when Pemperton’s local council said, “It’s Paul McCartney,” he replied “So what? He doesn’t pay my rates, and if it was me that was doing this I would have been prosecuted.”
