They all made a lot of noise?

Well, Yes. But that wasn’t it.

“Hey Baby, it’s me,” says Obama Girl.

Britney Spears? Her reportedly pathetic MTV Video Music Awards performance was hilariously lampooned by Chris Crocker, causing a devoted fan to post a distraught video saying Leave Britney Alone!

The buffaloes were protecting a calf and all three were videos which together comprise the top three YouTube videos for 2007, says Reuters.

Although we didn’t feature the Obama Girl or the buffaloes, the Britney Spears MTV performance was one of the most heavily trafficked p2pnet stories, as was another which said she was apparently thinking about apologising.

But Britney didn’t come anywhere near Vanessa Hudgens.

Pictures of her at the age of 16, and naked, started showing up online in September, and a couple of p2pnet posts on the subject attracted a deluge of visits.

And one of our first posts on Barney the revolting purple dinosaur continued to pull them in, for some unknown reason.

But Hey! That’s show biz and they brought a lot of new people to the site
