Britney Spears: desperately ill

p2pnet news | Music:- Britney Spears is deeply troubled, and in deep trouble.

The picture on the right is clipped from an original by Mark J. Terrill and published by Associated Press.

It’s captioned:

Photographers try to get a shot through the back window of a Los Angeles City Fire Department ambulance, believed to carrying entertainer Britney Spears, as it leaves her residence, Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008.

It’d read better if it said something like:

Paparazzi hyenas jostle and shove in a fight to get a picture of a desperately ill woman as she’s rushed to hospital.

Desperately ill?

It’s true she’s a superstar.

It’s true she’s so rich she doesn’t know what to do with her money.

It’s true she’s idolised by hundreds of thousands of people.

It’s true she’s talented.

But it’s also true she appears to be hopelessly addicted to drugs and/or alcohol and if that’s so, ninety nine point nine percent of the troubles which beset her will be down to that.

Every addict has to hit rock bottom before he or she can start climbing back.

Hopefully, this latest episode will be her rock bottom.

Hopefully she’ll die so we don’t see anymore P2Pnet.net posts on her. :D

  2. Jon Says:

Not funny. I’ve been there and I know what’s it’s like.

As a performer, Spears makes me want to heave. But as a young woman who needs all the help she can get, she has my deepest sympathy and for her sake, I hope this does it for her.

    Cheers!

Welcome to the world of the RIAA/MPAA! A world of moral decay and depravation!

Just sign a contract with one of these RIAA pigs and you might end up like BritneySlutt!

These parasites teach kids crap, encourage and promote offensive lyrics of abysimal quality where the use of drugs, promiscuous sex, rapes murders and other violences is encouraged and glorified.

Keep your kids away from these monsters who are making money by damaging our kids!

    BOYCOTT THE RIAA!

  4. Reader's Write Says:

I have to admit, I’m not a fan of her at all but she is still a person, has feelings, and I hope she is alright.

  5. meth0d Says:

i dont feel sympathy for her for losing the kids now she doesn’t deserve them. hope she regains her health but she shouldn’t ever be allowed to see her kids again.

I don’t care much for her music. To me she isn’t a musican, she’s an entertainer. There’s a world of difference between the two.

Still I have sympathy for anyone that can’t just walk down the street doing their own business without the paparazzi being far more than just a pest. This sort of attitude that it is alright to invade anyones’ personal space just because the dollar pays well, is as bad as spammers attitude that they’re just providing a service. A service no one wants that is on the recieving end.

While we may all recognise that people need help, there is no help to be given to one that isn’t ready for it and won’t take it. They have to do the steps themselves, for themselves and by themselves. No one can do that actioni for anyone that doesn’t want it.

^^ “They have to do the steps themselves, for themselves and by themselves. No one can do that actioni for anyone that doesn’t want it.”

Correct. But with a little help from people she’ll find are her friends.

    Cheers!

  8. Reader's Write Says:

The best place for her now would be the Canadian Arctic, as far as possible from american civilization (and she can afford it, for now). Plenty of time to think about how she got where she is now.

  9. Reader's Write Says:

or Grand Nord du Quebec. Because it’s cold, no more paparazzi nuisance. Even if paparazzis come, they can be kicked out of the house, into the snow.

Spears could even get a medal for beating a paparazzi. Vladimir Putin gave medals to at least two cinema actors some time after they beat paparazzi, and vad-nes@livejournal is wondering whether there is a correlation: http://vad-nes.livejournal.com/313582.html

  10. Rekrul Says:

It’s kind of interesting watching Britney flush her life and career down the toilet. I mean she shot to fame as a teenager, had recording contracts, promotional deals, millions of men lusting after her, and in the space of just a couple years, she’s pissed away all her contracts, lost the respect of most of her fans, and become a drug-addicted wreck that most men wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole. I know I wouldn’t.

Britney went from world-famous entertainer to tabloid joke.

  11. Dude Lofgrin Says:

Who cares? Shes just another loser druggie slut. Only differance is she don’t live in a trailer. Who’d want to take her picture than?

  12. Richuk Says:

I respect her as a person (plus in my younger years I was a fan… like everyone), but although I feel some sympathy, I can’t help wondering what she’s done to get herself this low… does she have no respect for life?
