I didnt actually want the whole thing - someone mentioned Niggytardust, and as that I am a NIN fan, I figured it would be worth my time to check the project out. So, when i go for a sample, I wasnt about to pay $5 to hear the top 3 tracks - i merely wanted a taste of what was being made. I was not going to pay $5 on the word of a friend. However, you idea about the followup email is a great one - if I would have really loved it, I might have ponied up then. But at the time of payment, I did not have that sort of motivation.
