‘Fake’ Miley Cyrus uproar
p2pnet news | TV:- Teen TV Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus survived the online racy pix uproar, but now she’s involved in another row, this time centring on a doppelganger.
“According to several fans who dished out hundreds of dollars to catch the young singer perform live on her current sold-out national tour, it appears Miley may be using a not-very-convincing ‘Hannah’ double to cover for her during a mysterious mid-song disappearance from the stage,” says OK!, going on:
“When it got the to bridge of the song “We Got the Party,” her dancers began to crowd around her,” one ticked-off Miley fan tells OK!. “Then they covered her with a black sheet and she went through a secret door. Within a second, a new ‘Hannah’ came out of a different door wearing oversized white glasses. The whole time this was happening Miley’s vocals were still playing. The new imposter had her back turned while she danced, trying to hide that fact that she was not Miley Cyrus.
“At this instant I became very suspicious.”
And rightly so

i have heard the same thing about her show in nashville, and that miley cyrus wasnt on the stage but for the last 10 minutes or so. my daughter got high school musical tickets in nashville soon, and i hope that it isnt a big ripoff like that hannah montana show apparently was.

The show wasn’t a rip-off. (I just went last night) It’s terrible that there’s an imposter on, but it’s for (at most) 2 minutes. It’s not nearly the entire show! She sings tons of other songs on her own as both Hannah and Miley. I wish they didn’t use an imposter, but it was probably so there was time for her to change into Miley. (although why they didn’t just add on another Jonas Brothers song is beyond me) For people who have tickets: it isn’t a rip-off, deal with the 2 minutes because the rest of the show is amazing.

Hannah may of had a fake. But how is she supposed to change into miley if she hardley has anytime unless the audience gets bored with her backstage! Don’t complain and say the tickets were a waste. She still performs, she just isn’t their for a couple min.!

I totally agree with Kikariki. I went to the show on Nov 1 in CA and I did not realize that their was a body double. Im not mad, there was a good reason as to why they would use one, but the could have thrown in another Jonas song to take the time for her to change. The concert was amazing! It was totally worth the cheap tickets for being on the floor. I had great seats and never even noticed that it wasnt Miley. I watched youtube vids from my venue to see if there was a double but it was hard to tell. I dont think people should make a big deal about this. It was only like 2 min. of the show. Im 18 and I totally had a blast at the concert! It was totally worth everything.

Look, being as great as she is, I’m sure it gets exhausting so she probably needs a quick break and it creates a better illusion. Plus even though I’m a big Miley Fanboy, wasn’t the concert intended for tweens that probably wouldn’t notice it..sorta like the easter bunny or santa clause? You still get to see the concert with miley, just like even though santa isnt real you can still get presents.

i understand that mily must get exhausted, but i dont see why they couldnt add another Jonas Brother song in there. I LOVE the Jonas Brothers so this would have pleased me alot. But I’m not furious or anything, but I’m slightly dissapionted. I dont think it’s a total waste to go to one of her concerts, but dissapointing to know that she might have been lip syncing “We Got the Party With Us”, and that there is a double.

Just because she wasnt on the stage doent mean everyone should get mad. GOD why is everyone in love with the jonas brothers. Anyone can sing there stuff. Plus you bought the tickets to see Hannah NOT jonas brothers, if you want to see them then buy tickets to there concert. there just there as a part of it Hannah is the big star. NOT THE JONAS Brothers
