With that in mind, here’s some interesting home TV news, but only for Italians.

The highest appeals court in Rome now says it’s legal to make home sex movies —- whether your partner knows about it or not.

It’s acquitted a 49-year-old man who who secretly videoed himself and his girlfriend having it away.

She’d, "agreed to the man using a video camera to project live images of them having sex on to the bedroom wall, but did not know he was recording the action," says Reuters.

And when the couple broke up, "the man gave the videos to his partner in a package accompanied by a note saying: ‘These are my last thought for you’," says he story.

The decision cancelled two earlier verdicts giving him a four-month jail sentence.
