‘Anonymous’ warning to Scientologists

p2pnet news | Freedom:- By way of an immediate follow-up to Has the Scientology site been hacked?, “Apparently it’s an all out war,” says a Reader’s Write, with this link —-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCbKv9yiLiQ

The url leads to a YouTube video slugged “Message to Scientology,” narrated by a disembodied robotic voice which kicks off with a message, some of which might equally well apply to the RIAA and MPAA which, when you think about it, are nothing else but the enforcement arms of the entertainment industry Corporate Cults of Profits At All Costs.

“Hello leaders of Scientology,” says the video, going on:

We are anonymous. Over the years we have been watching you, your campaigns of misinformation, your suppression of dissent and your litigious nature. All of these things have caught our eye. With the leakage of your latest propaganda video into mainstream circulation the extent of your malign influence over those who have come to trust you as leaders has been made clear to us.

Anonymous has therefore decided that your organisation should be destroyed.

Anonynous goes on it plans to “expel Scientology from the Internet” and “systematically” dismantle the church in its present form.

“Expect us,” it concludes ominously.

Stay tuned.

Looks to me like a classic example of using copyright as censorship. Unless somebody is just adding those. maybe they are autogenerated – Anyone know?

  9. Hilldawg Says:

This seems to be a very interesting development in the long standing distaste within society for the church/cult of scientology. There seems to be mounting evidence that the negative ways of the past are still present within scientology and therefore we as a society should take a more active roll in observing what the church/cult does in order to protect the more susceptible of our society from any harm that may befall them. Such a strange, almost terrorist, video is probably not the correct way to combat the church/cult but I am behind this in terms of gathering public awareness.

    Also:
After three years of repeated requests and demands by the Church of Scientology to remove the NOT documents from the public record, in the year 2000 Parliament passed an amendment to their Official Secrets law to order the NOT documents sealed away from public view.[3][4] This move provoked a number of legal scholars in Sweden to issue protests, saying that the move effectively meant that copyright law overruled the Constitution of Sweden. Debate on the matter has not ended, and the document still rests, albeit sealed, in Parliamentary archives.

I am NOT a Scientologist. In fact, I disagree with virtually ALL their tenets/beliefs/methods/etc.

BUT, what happens if YOU belonged to a church that people outside it attacked verbally? What if YOUR religion was “outlawed” by Germany and you were told you belonged to a CULT and deserved deprogramming instead of the right to worship YOUR God in the manner of your own choosing?

And people wonder why the Scientologists stay together. The haters say it’s brainwashing. I bet the REAL reason is the solidarity they feel because of persecution.

  34. Anonymous Says:

To the poster who claims that CoS members cling together because of a feeling of persecution: allow me to paint a different picture for you. A hack writer named L. Ron Hubbard publishes a book called Dianetics in the 1950s. It makes many claims as to the nature of mental and physical illness, none of which are backed up by conventional science. Still, society lets them live their silly little lives until one day, some members of the church wonder “where did all my money go?”

A little later on, investigators at the Dept. of Justice are coming into the office with their morning coffee only to ask “where did all my files go?” Routine reports were being confiscated by the Church of Scientology International because of a secret plan called “Operation Snow White” to infiltrate the United States government to illegally obtain tax exemption status.

Around this time, worldwide attention is drawn to the group as a dead body is discovered at the Fort Harrison Hotel, a central office for the CoS. The body had been deprived of liquid and food. The coroner gives a puzzling explanation: “she died of exposure.”

Now, as with ANY RELIGION ON THE PLANET, there are detractors. HOWEVER, unlike every other religion on the planet, this “religion” seems to have an impressive number of lawyers who sue the pants off of anyone, including MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH who dare ask about it’s leadershi—-

You people are all FUCKING IDIOTS!!!!

How in the FUCK can you be happy that ANYONE has the power to shut down a website?

    Isn’t this DANGEROUS????

If a site like scientology can be “suppressed”, doesn’t this mean that ANY other website can be taken down at will?

Am I the only one who sees a dangerous precedent here? Who gives the fuck about scientology? The most important thing is the integrity of the internet, and I think this group called anonymous are a group that is going to not only shut down scientology, but also EVERY other website that is not with the mainstream.

For suck sakes people, wake the fuck up and look at this from a higher vantage point. Isn’t it fucking scary that a group can do this? This has never happened before and all you fucking moronic mother fucking sheeple just sit back on your fat fucking asses pointing and laughing while free speech is being wiped away from the last vestige of free speech that is the internet.

You people should be fucking ashamed of yourselves.

Fuck you. Fuck your mothers. Fuck you as human beings who are enabling the NWO to fuck with the rest of us who are enlightened and want to be feee.

    FUCK YOU!!!!

  42. Reader's Write Says:

Um, having been in there for many, many years…and finally come to my senses. I will state this: for those who truly wish to stay in there, it’s America, and although we may disagree with what they believe, they have the right per the Constitution to do so. SO, that in mind I have to side with Private Freedom on this one. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion are two of our very rights that in America today are under threat of complete dissolution, so we’d better think carefully on how we create our own police state.

HOWEVER, if you think that they band together out of solidarity, you are sadly mistaken. They ARE drilled over and over again (some would call this brainwashing…others call it “drilling”) from the very beginning via a course which I will not name due to possible “copyright” infringement, that the media, the judicial system, reporters and the newspaper are ALL evil who wish to suppress the Church and stop anyone from receiving help. Anyone who would want to stop help (meaning of course THEIR help), in their mind, has committed “crimes” which if uncovered would be punishable by jail terms. Thus you have people like the actress who played Dharma (I won’t print her name either in case use of her name might evoke the wrath of someone wanting to yell “lawsuit” LOL!) yelling, “Baby Raper!” to the guy who wore the derogatory t-shirt some months ago. Their behavior aligns perfectly with what they are taught about people, based on an emotional scale (again you guessed…I won’t call it by name) and that is what they are taught to judge every human being by, no matter what the circumstance. You identify where they are on that scale and then you “know” all you need to know about someone. They are taught that their founder figured out everything via their technology and if you just apply it to your correctly and accurately without flaw, you will become better, brighter, stronger and be successful in life. In other words, someone else figured out the whole path to walk, so you don’t have to figure anything out for yourself. Um. That’s not living. That’s not thinking for yourself, of which they hype themselves as being advocates.

Their push to eradicate psychiatry is based solely upon their belief that if no one had psychiatry to go to for mental help they would instead come to THEM, because they do believe that the author of the religion (LOL! Again I’m omitting names and initials) figured EVERYTHING out from the workings of the mind, to spirituality, to how to raise children, to how to have sex and marriage, how to manage money, how to communicate to people, how to learn (a whole education system), how to run your business……and even “recalling a a formula to feed babies that he picked up in ancient Roman times” instead of breastmilk! (YES. This is true. It’s in one of their books.)

As far as everything else in there? Well, I’m no expert — nor am I an “evil individual who wants to destroy the world”…only someone who wants to help by allowing people to get as many facts as they can and decide for themselves. But, I highly suspect that the REAL reason Germany hates them so bad is due to a little fact that a GERMAN philosopher named Anastassius Nordenholtz published a work with the same name as their religion except it has an “e” on the end. (Again, omissions so the *&$^%’s can’t remove my post due to copyright). They trademarked the name with both no e and WITH the “e” in every country EXCEPT Germany — the Germans refused to out of respect for Dr. Nordenholtz. Why? Because most of the ideals in his work…and even terminology later used in 1950 by the author of “The Church” was FIRST used by Dr. Nordenholtz. And so Germany is ON to them. They know he was a plagerist. And the upper level stuff, most was heisted from Freemasonry and the Ancient Mystery Schools. Anyway, do a search on Anastassius Nordenholtz.

One more thing: the book with the volcano (omission of name! ;-) was also based upon PSYCHIATRY’S own abreactive therapy. Could it be that the hatred of psychiatry is based upon people finding out where it really came from?? Now — as I said, I’m no expert, and sorry, although there are some people who are so mentally ill that they have to be medicated, the Church IS still correct about the overdrugging of American school children and psychiatry’s connection to Big Pharma and how dangerous it is. BUT: it’s NOT because they care so much. It’s more about competition. Period.

Nuff said. I’ve been there and done that. As for Morton’s book on Mr. C, he IS correct about quite a few things in there. I’ve SEEN it. And I’ve had a staff member stand right here in my own living room and say, and I quote this EXACTLY: “Tom’s our greatest weapon against the psyches”.

To be fair: I will say that most of that group are good hearted and well intentioned people who really do believe in the ideal of helping the world. There’s nothing wrong with that…in fact it’s romantic, and intriguing to believe that you’re “special” and one of the planets “elite” who’s there to save the world. That is how most cults lure in their following.

In the end, for those who want to stay there, then they have the right to. For those who aren’t sure, I say LOOK, LEARN and read it all…both good and bad and then and only then make an INFORMED decision keeping in mind that ALL church PR is just that. It is PR. They do not want and do not allow their paritioners to read or see negative things.

  43. Xpander Says:

Scientology is really a scary idea to ponder…The people that are involved are complete fanatics, and don’t know any better. I agree and think the Scientology CULT should be wiped away from the books.

  44. Reader's Write Says:

An interesting note, the anonymous group has posted documents about this group at the pirate bay. It would seem that these particular documents would normally require a brainwashing and an enormous fee just to look at them.

As for scientology… well what needs to be said? Anon nailed it, and scientology should be fearing because (xenu forbid Anon get taken out) another load of hacking groups will only avenge them, theres some crazy chaos theory in effect here, with the almighty giant pebble being Anon throwing themselves at the ocean of teh internetz and that big wave of death and epic lulz landing right on top of scientology

  46. Buzzright Says:

Man, these scientologists think they have some kind of superiority over all the beings on earth . Furthermore they base their cult on the writings of a science fiction author the man was an author not a prophet . I mean what if i just decided to start believing that all of stephen king’s writings were true. People would almost certainly try to put me in a mental institution . and rightly so i would be completley out of my fucking mind!!! To base your faith on a story some author just made up is INSANITY and that is a fact tha story of scientology is fictional there if no factual basis for this cult they have absolutley no proof that any of that shit they feed to the public is real. FUCK THESE INSANE PEOPLE !!!!!!

  47. Buzzright Says:

I still can’t edit and correct my writings properly. SHIT

  48. AnonFan4Evaaaar Says:

but yeah All Fear The Mighty Cult Of Scientology – They Will Check Caller ID O.o – Fear The Powers That Money Can Buy!!!

I detect nazi-fascism cloaked by a +49 shroud of bs
surely it has a -10 of stench to all that they say

its sad people fall for the propaganda and lies they preach, im sure if they cut out all the crap you coulddd have some decent guidelines
but hey im an athiest and a man of science so i care not for this, however i do care for the damage they are doing to our frail civilisation though

maybe chavs should read dianetics…. no no thatll only make them worse O.O if possible

but back to seriousness as i reguarly lapse into vaguely innacturate analogies to explain my ramblings…
Why and i mean this seriously, why havent they been shut down yet?
I mean if 90% of the world says hey you guys are crazy and your messing up our world, surely even against the law, a movement can be made to shut them down for the damage they are doing, even with the bullcr*p hollywood actors backing it, with the scary eyebrows and matrix-ripoff clothing fashion sense

    damn done it again…

    back to reality….

they should be shut down, and why hasnt the government made a serious thing about this? weird how its not a very touched on subject over here, but with the uni-world view the internet provides im guessing a good portion of my readings on this has come from US related material, even so, why hasnt the UK in all its british sense of laying the law down properly, sorted them out? and more importantly why hasnt america yet??? they can persecute anyone for no reason, referring to a bill hicks stand up piece about ufo sighting searchers turning up at locations with shotguns, but the second its a religion, its bulletproof?

third time now… ill refrain =P

Look at the end of the day, Scientology is dangerous and bar all the jokes and jibes, it is a very real danger to peoples lives and the world we live in,
Hopefully theyll get h-bombed in a volcano or something, but thats far too an original idea to ever happen…………………………

  50. LoL Says:

$cientology was founded by a freakin sciensefiction author ffs… that alone is more than enough to know that $cientology is and always will be crap. Maybe il make my own religion? about aliens and fairytale creatures, and we could brainwash all day long. i would be rich…

  51. Curiosidad Says:

What’s the big deal? Philosophy is conveyed through stories. Taking the stories literally creates a religious following. This one has the same fundamental basics as any other religion or cult. Individuals worship a higher power and are exposed to philosophy that gives them morals and a feeling of purpose. That’s the only good thing about them. You also need a good defense against critical thinking. If you’re not with us you’re against us. evil, sinner, infidel, confess your sins, all that stuff. That always makes the weak minded followers violently defensive againts non-believers though. There are just too many negative effects caused by the many religions and cults, but without the continued following, people tend to stray. Oh well. Such is life.

  52. pilchardboy Says:

All in all, are there just not enough shite, exploitative, generally damaging, war-inciting, false-hope-giving, over-promising & under-delivering religions on this damn planet already? Oooh yes please, a *new* one; one that uses sci-fi mind-goo to take large sums of money from me? that was made up by a science fiction writer with a textbook set of ego issues? What could possibly be wrong with that?

“You have the right to be an idiot” may sound like an expression of freedom, but just how free is free? We choose not to let paedophiles fuck children so why should our society let scientologists fuck the educationally subnormal?

  53. Tazmarbamf Says:

Religon is based on faith. Faith in a fictional writer is ludicrous. Charles Mason must be loving the fact that he missed out on the real way to take over peoples minds and finances. Jim Jones used many of the same tenets as these people to convince others that the only way to salvation was through following him. What is really sad is that people today do not have enough self esteem to believe in themselves, and have to have another avenue to follow, that eliminates them from owing up to their own shortcomings. Salvation through these idiots? Not. This in not a religion, and should be treated in the same way as the Branch Davidians were. Give ‘em hell.

Unless you manage to piss Anon off, Anon is your friend. We do not go after people whiteout a reason, except for when it might be lulzworthy.
Anonymous is what you get if you mix all of humanity, a giant consciousness with the ability to be either extremely helpful, or the exact opposite. Both good and evil, everyone and no-one. We are Anonymous.

  58. A. Non E-Mous Says:

from what i can gather this CULT has more in common with a communistic, totalitarian state government, than a religion. and we all know how soviet russia ended up. anon is the equivalent of america/britain/the west in general in this analogy. WE DO NOT FORGIVE. WE DO NOT FORGET. LONG LIVE FREEDOM. LONG LIVE KNOWLEDGE. LONG LIVE ANON

  59. Reader's Write Says:

To anyone who has utilized the slippery slope (tired old argument) here:
Allow me to request clarification. Are you saying that we shouldn’t block Scientology’s right to speak freely because that will result in the loss of free speech, despite the fact that Scientology readily engages in these very same activities? Are you really going to say “Leave the current wrongdoing alone, because future wrongdoing might be worse?”

If you’ve considered your thoughts and compared them with my (possibly) apt summary, and still wish to let Scientology act as it will, then I, for one, consider you a fool (and welcome our new Anon overlords! (That’s some Anon humor, by the way, don’t get butthurt by it.))
    - Anon

  60. anonymous Says:

“This comment is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Church of Scientology International”

This is exacly the reason they need to be shut down. They just don’t understand they are their own worst enemies. Anonymous isn’t an organization, it is the amalgamation of all the people of the internet that are sick and tired of this kind of heavy-handed silencing of critics.

  61. "Anonymous" Says:

Scientology is a cult, and no amount of legal action and warping of the truth or telling of lies will get rid of anonymous, we/i are trying to help people who were once normal revert to their old ways and we are doing all of this legally ;or and i star OR in capitals we are using the same ethics/unethical tactical strategies against them, if they have a fair game policy which apparently has been taken down “But” still the actions are performed by the members , then we as a whole group will use those same tactics, anoymous is a Legion not a religion, their is no way to hide form us, we will win

  62. Scholar Says:

In most civilized places people are by law allowed 2 believe and preach whatever they like so anyone that is against that basic premise IS to that degree against the law.
    Look around:
Any religion that has been created in the last 50 years has been labled a cult or at best been veiwed as a fringe eccentricity of organized religion. Is that fair?
Considering there are just as many fairytales in religious texts published 2000 yrs ago as there are now, just as many unsubstaniated claims to divine right, just as many atrocities commited in the name of TRUTH?. As for such as chaos theory where is the I,where is the substance in that???
What i have found is that it is very very easy to tear something down but not as easy to offer a constructive alternative.
The Anonymous Group seems to me to be nothing short of a terrorist orgisation (cyber or otherwise) who have made their intentions clear. DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL AND CIVIL LIBERTY starting with the Church of Scientology.

Further for anonymous to associate themselves with a satanic symbol such as LEGION is tantamount to a confession of their intention.
i understand the idea behind seperate cells but they have taken the name of the enemy of mankind which either means they are really evil people as previously stated (TERRORIST ORGANISATION) or The Church of Scientology & L.Ron Hubbard is the Saviour of mankind and the bringer of heaven on earth. Nice work dumb asses.

In conclusion: To anyone who cuts down someone based on their belief or lifestyle choice or seeks to discredit by spreading rumour and gossip you are a parasite plain and simple.

  65. Theta Says:

I have known l. Ron Hubbard for about 30 years prior to his death in 1986. There are a few things that should be stated about why Scientology was developed in the first place.
We live at a time when we can see the effects of diminishing natural resources, global climate change, and water shortages. In short, we must prudently manage our resources and work to create a sustainable future for life on earth. This is the concept of planetary solvency.
We will face a horrible future unless we can get along with each other well enough to do the actions necessary to accomplish the state of planetary solvency. We can no longer afford to waste our remaining resources on activities related to man’s inhumanity to man. To imagine what shape we are in, just look at how much of our resources are spent on war and weaponry compared to what is spent on defending the planet and developing renewable resources for the entire population of Earth.
Dianetics and Scientology were developed in order to end man’s inhumanity to man, once and for all. I worked with Ron to accomplish this. People become more humanitarian as they ascend up the levels of Scientology. Scientology works but it must be done properly and must be done in the correct sequence. Scientology is not a perfect system but it is a workable system. There is a catch in that the majority of beings on Earth must take a stand and decide to work for the betterment of others.
The foundation of Scientology is based on the following:
    1. We are spiritual beings, not merely bodies containing bones, tissues, and fluids made up of a variety of chemicals.
    2. The quality of life for spiritual beings can be improved. This is done by rehabilitation of the spirit of man itself.
    3. The quality of life for other beings also improves when the quality of life for a spiritual being improves.
Scientology has begun to make it’s materials readily available, free of charge to libraries and on the internet. Most people who visit the official Scientology sites will search for some helpful information and use it to improve their lives; however, only a few will ever step foot into a Scientology organization or become Scientologists. This is unfortunate because we really need the help of a great many people to create a better world for our children. The future of others depends on our attitudes toward them and what we do.
There have been complaints that some of the Scientology materials are “secret”. The secret materials must be withheld from people until they are ready to look at them. Until someone has honestly attained the prerequisite levels of understanding, the secret materials are worthless to the individual and can even be harmful. All beings can look at these materials when they are actually ready to view them. In fact, it has been the goal of Ron and me to insure that the materials are made available to millions of beings. We need to do this if we are to survive on Earth.
Scientology does not replace other religions, such as Christianity or the Jewish or Islamic Faiths. and it was not designed to. Ron and I have always encouraged scientologists to worship God in their established religion. Scientology must be open to all beings of Earth, not just those who belong to a certain religious faith. Scientology should be studied in addition to a person’s established religion. There is no competition with other religions.
If you would like to make up your own mind about Dianetics and Scientology, start by reading the beginning books on the subject. Please help us to improve the lives of others and to create a sustainable future for life on Earth. I will continue my work to improve the lives of Scientologists and Non-Scientologists alike.
