Amy Winehouse’s privacy invaded

p2pnet news view | Music:- In what can only be called a massive invasion of privacy, Britain’s The Sun is running a video with Amy Whitehouse, “blitzed out of her skull and struggling to talk after sucking in crack fumes from a glass pipe”.
The tabloid doesn’t say where it acquired the video, “filmed at her East London home,” or who made it, but it goes well beyond the bounds in a lurid and shabby report.
What Winehouse gets up to in public is one thing, but what she does in private is another.

Amy who?
It’s “reporting” of *this* sort that leads to invasion of privacy of *that* sort.

…this has a little to do with law. She can’t sue for defamation, and she can’t sue for invasion of privacy. Both torts are null, and the person who made the video will probably pay little or nothing and probably earn money.
