Actor Danny Glover convicted in Canada

p2pnet news | Movies:- Lethal Weapon and Shooter star Danny Glover has been convicted of trespassing at Canadian Niagara Hotels’ Sheraton during a union rally in Niagara Falls September last year.
The case was brought under a rarely used private prosecution, says the Victoria Times Colonist.
“An Ontario provincial court yesterday found Glover, along with union official Alex Dagg and Ontario Federation of Labour president Wayne Samuelson guilty of trespassing,” says the story.
Glover, a vocal labour movement activist, was taking part in a protest as part of a larger campaign, ” that aims to increase salaries and improve working conditions for hotel workers in the US and Canada,” says the Canadian Press.
He’s to be sentenced on February 8.
