Stalone’s new Rambo on P2P networks

p2pnet news | Movies:- Hollywood’s MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) claims the unbelievably wealthy studios are being devastated by file sharing criminals.

But as p2pnet has noted frequently, the chances are excellent that screeners and other movies which show up on the P2P networks originated with Hollywood insiders rather than 17-year-olds with Sony camcorders.

That’s obviously especially true where work prints – unfinished rough-cuts often with time codes still intact – are concerned.

Remember Kill Bill and Star Wars Episode III ?

Now it’s déjà vu all over again for Rambo XVIII, Sylvester Stalone’s effort to score with yet another version of his (in)famous survivalist flicks based on the activities of deeply troubled Sylvester the Vietnam War Vet.

“Just days after Sylvester Stallone had an armed guard deliver an advance screener copy of the new ‘Rambo’ movie to Howard Stern,” it’s turned up online, says TorrentFreak.

It has, too.

Say no more.

OK, say more.

Expect a rant from MPAA boss Dan Glockman about how thousands of movie industry workers are being thrown out of work and how the desperately broke movie studios are scraping to make a living because of file sharing.

Glickman’s statement will, of course, come from the MPAA’s palatial new $30 million offices.

A 60 year old trying one more time to play the part of a 20 year old. Isn’t it about time we say goodbye to this character? I guess Sly needed some more money, to attempt to pull this off. I wonder how big the body double army was for him to do this? Probably on the scale of Steven’s. Another actor who had a great run but is getting to old to pull off his genre speciality.

    I wouldn’t pay to see it…

Stallone, the KING of action movies. I’ll pay to see it!
