Tele2 didn't choose to block access (or rather, to filter DNS-queries) - they've been explicitly ordered to do so. As was the case with allofmp3 a while back, Tele2 did argue their case, and did try to avoid having to do this. One of the effects of this, is that Tele2 (or any other ISP operating here in Denmark) could be held responsible for filesharing carried out by their users - something that might be close to any ISP's worst nightmare. Therefore, Tele2 doesn't like this anymore than we do, but they have little choice but to comply. Since circumvention of this is rather easy (switch dns-server, edit your hosts-file, use the ip-address instead, whatever), boycotting Tele2 really would be rather stupid - they're actually fighting as a temporary ally in these particular cases (TPB wasn't the first in Denmark and they sure as hell won't be last, now that IFPI can taste blood here) Please have a closer look of the case before you comment.
