See a psychiatrist, Britney Spears ordered

p2pnet news | Music:- California court commissioner Reva Goetz has given Britney Spears’ father control of her affairs until a psychiatrist has reported on her mental health.
He’s also barred erstwhile manager Sam Lutfi from seeing her.
“Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz also appointed a physician Monday to evaluate whether Spears, who is in a psychiatric ward, is competent to make decisions,” says Associated Press.
“Her father, James Spears, and an attorney were granted conservatorship last week after the 26-year-old was hospitalized for the second time in two months following increasingly bizarre behavior.”
He’s now temporarily responsible for her property and medical care, says the Los Angeles Times.
He can also restrict visitors to her home, change locks at the residence and hire securitym says the storym, adding:
“In addition, he has the power to seek civil restraining orders on his daughter’s behalf, which he has done in the case of Lutfi, whom the singer’s family has apparently been trying serve with a restraining order since last week.”
Says the BBC:
“The court rejected a bid by lawyer Adam Streisand – acting for Britney Spears – to take control of her assets instead of her father.
“Spears’ spell in the UCLA Medical Center is her second time in hospital in less than a month. She was admitted to Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in January after refusing to surrender custody of her two sons in a police stand-off.”
Ex-husband Kevin Federline currently has sole custody of the couples’ two young children.
