Apple boosts iPod, iPhone storage

p2pnet news | Product News:- Apple is trying another way to squeeze more cash out of its iPhones and iPods.

At $500, iPhone now comes in a new 16-gig model, relegating the $400 8-gig model.

And at $500, iPod touch now comes with 32-gigs.

According to standard company bumpf, "Apple ignited the personal computer revolution in the 1970s with the Apple II and reinvented the personal computer in the 1980s with the Macintosh."

Gee, Apple, thanks.

Wring wring, not ring ring.

    Here comes an eternal question:

HOW MUCH does it cost to fill up this new iPod legally, only using Big 4’s formulaic “product”?

The iShit could have 800 gigs and I still would buy another SanDisk Sansa or Creative Labs Mp3 Player.
All my friends that got an iPod have since moved on due to the poor audio quility they provide.
Apple should invest in higher quility audio and less in storage and fancy do dads like “touch interface”.

I think Apple employees and developers must be tone deff.
And yes that includes Steve “Blow” Jobs
