The constitution does not implicitly ensure that any individual or corporation can or even should make a profit. The RIAA, MNPA, and the pornographers are free to sink or swim on their own merit. That said, I do not believe they are free to cripple my computer with terrorist like tactics and if somehow they do so I will sue them into bankruptcy. All of us need to fight this lunacy.

They need a real job like all the other hard working citizens.
Music empire going down? Good.

If they don’t like it, get a REAL job like all others.
Sure, people have talent, beauty, but nothing beats working hard for your money & getting things the honest way.

At least we know now that the industries are making laws based NOT on what is right, but what is making $$$!

I joined one porn site after seeing pirated copies of their work. The samples on the web site were a pretty poor example of what they had to offer. It took seeing full-length videos to convince me to join. I only kept the subscription for a month, but they even tell users that they can do that in their FAQ.

Unlike music or movies, you don’t even have to be reasonably talented at anything at all to make porn and be successful. You just have to be naked and get busy.

I hope they realize that the majority of porn being shared online isn’t copyrighted. Anyone with a camera can easily make their own.
