Got Root?
p2pnet.net News:- IPSC stands for Internet Problem Solving Contest.
The ideas is: teams of up to three people work to solve problems – a description and two input data sets – posed at the beginning of the competition.
“To solve a problem you will have to compute correct output data for the given input data sets,” says the contest page here, going on:
“You can write a program that solves the problem or you may produce the output by hand or by a combination of these techniques. Teams submit only output data sets for judging and should not send their programs.
And this year’s event is slated to start tomorrow.
Problems sets from last year included: Arranging Flowers, begin 4 7 add, Got Root? and Hordes of Bacteria.
