Aussie Underbelly TV screeners online

p2pnet news | TV:- Australia’s Channel 9 is experiencing renewed Underbelly problems.
The preview episode was banned in some parts of Australia, but that didn’t stop it being aired —- via the Net.
Geelong Supreme Court Justice Betty King ruled screening it on official TV, "could prejudice the defendant in a pending murder trial".
Now advanced copies of six episodes have shown up on the P2P networks
And Yup. They were screeners.
"Hundreds of web-surfers have already used links on the site EZTV to download the advanced screener episodes," says the Sydney Morning Herald.
"This is combined with the tens of thousands who have downloaded the first three episodes of the series from the internet."
Last week, "Roberta Williams, the former wife of gangland kingpin Carl Williams, said she already had copies of nine of the episodes," says the story, going on:
"I don’t want anyone to see Underbelly," she said in a report.
"I wouldn’t be selling it off.
"But people are saying to me they’ve got copies. It seems like everyone has them."
About 1,273,000 viewers watched episode three, making it the top rated show in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, says the SMH, adding:
"A Nine Network spokesperson said: "Any uploading of a Nine television program, including Underbelly, on the internet is an infringement of our copyright and the Network opposes it.
"We take very seriously any order of the court, and we are fully complying with that order. We do not condone any other parties interfering with our rights and if necessary we will take legal action.”
