Wikileaks case continues to unfold

p2pnet news | Freedom:- Swiss banking company Julius Baer, and Julius Baer Bank & Trust Company, its Cayman Islands subsidiary, want "confidential information and documents" about customers posted on the Wikileaks site by an ex-employee to be kept offline.
"Earlier this month, Federal District Judge Jeffrey S. White ordered that the registrar for the domain name Wikileaks.org, Dynadot, take down access to the site," says Times Online.
But, "late Thursday, Judge White issued a list of questions suggesting he had worries of his own," says the New York Times, going on:
"Among other things, the judge asked whether the bank should be suing Dynadot and Wikileaks at all, whether a ‘right to privacy trumps the freedom of access to information,’ and whether an order extending the prohibition on displaying the bank’s documents could be enforceable’."
Julius Baer, "now infamous for a) shutting down WikiLeaks.org, and b) offering a haven in the Cayman Islands for alleged tax evaders and money launderers," finally broke its silence yesterday, says InfoWorld, adding:
"The bank issued a press release that was a marvel of reality distortion.
"In four terse paragraphs Baer managed to deny any wrongdoing, assert its rights to victim status, portray itself as a defender of individual rights and freedom of speech, and say nothing about what it actually did do – (partially) take down a site built to protect human rights activists and corporate whistle blowers. WikiLeaks was quick to post its own rebuttal. The matter hits court today, at which time I’m sure we’ll have a small tsunami of new headlines to chew on."
Indeed. So stay tuned.

Maybe it’s just me, but shouldn’t the judge have thought of those things BEFORE he ordered a site taken down for doing exactly what it was created to do?

It should be kept in mind of the online service providers that the security of a person online should be their first priority. The person sould not lose any personal data in the hands of a hacker.

Wikileak site is up and running and accesible.
You just use it’s IP address or one of it’s other domain name to access it. That’s all.
And the incriminated information is downloadable all over the p2p networks.
