Sean Hackbarth: Help!

That’s Sean Hackbarth who had a hand in actor Fred Thompson’s failed attempt to become the next president of the United States.
He was Thompson’s “co-ecampaign” director.
Fred, formerly the district attorney on NBC’s ‘Law & Order,’ had hoped to follow Ronald and Arnold into the corridors of power
However, that was not to be and he hit the road after a, “string of poor finishes in early primary and caucus states,” as the Associated Press summed it up.
Hackbarth isn’t not doing too well representing himself, either.
On his web page, he’s looking for a job and begging for financial hand-outs.
“If you could I would really appreciate a link from your weblog,” he says. “Also, my finances are pretty tight. I wish I didn’t have to do this but I would really appreciate you putting a few bucks into my tip jars.”
He adds:
“Hey, webloggers I’m not feeling the linky love. What, you don’t like me?”

Thompson, meanwhile, is apparently looking for work as well.
“Hollywood’s high-powered William Morris Agency announced this week that it has signed the actor/politician, signaling a return to the screen for the former senator from Tennessee,” says AP, adding he’s played “authority figures” in The Hunt For Red October, Die Hard II and In the Line of Fire.
