and what about the clause that you give them all the rights to intellectual property you have but that you transport via their service?

I read that part as such as lets say:
If i’m an unsigned musician, use my gmail acc to mail one of my songs to a buddy, that they can grab it and use it for themself since i used one of their services then for it!

I hope my crappy english misinterprets that part about IP in their clause!

I think data mining a minor’s personal info is their biggest worry.
