The fact is that there is nothing wrong with taking diet pills, either in a game or in real life. The problem is when you go too far with those diet pills. Frankly, my cousin was accused of being a bulimic or anorexic, until I told the doctors “Listen, she eats like a PIG and I am with her most of the day…. there is no way she is purging or anything, she just NATURALLY is efficient at burning calories!”

@ Reader’s Write 2, its not teh same as Rockstar games, and specifically GTA, first of all, the characters in Bimbo Online are meant to be a representation of ones self, and it is marketed to girls as young as 9. GTA is rated 18+ and AO. As well as that, in GTA and in most games players are playing the role of another character, usually not themselves, its like being in a story about someone else, versus creating a character based on yourself and modifying them blah blah. Yeah either way though, it is just a video game, and not a very fun sounding one at that I doubt it’ll have any real impact on the population of girls aged 9-17 in any country in the world.

I wouldn’t be worried about this game. I would be worried about the people who inspired these guys to make the game. And the media outlets that publish them. When i.e. Paris screws around they print massive tabloids about it, but when your kid can do it in a fantasy setting it’s just horrible.

Is it worse than letting young boys play grand theft auto (or pretty much any of the titles in the Rockstar catalog)?
The argument is that when boys are exposed to antisocial themes in violent games, it has little or no effect on their real-world behavior. I believe bimbo falls into the same category of games. Simple explanations are fine, if you’re happy with a simple understanding.
