Question: can MS make software that is hardened?

Answer: NO

Question: Do they provide instructions as to how an enduser can do this?

Answer: NO, unless you count baseline analyzer pfft

What does this prove? That even when building a new version of windows the old problems follow through and probably always will.

Conclusion: Avoid MS atrocities altogether.
