Yup. And I still remember one from when I was a reporter in London. England. It was something along the lines, ‘Man with 16 children shot,’ and then as the sub-head, ‘Farmer mistook him for a rabbit’.

Or how about, ‘Enraged cow injures farmer with ax’ or ‘Something went wrong in jet crash, experts say’ ? [http://funnies.paco.to/Headlines.html]
