Selected to host the show was Abbotsford in British Columbia, Canada, and, “couples are strolling past pole-dancing demonstrations, women wearing bunny ears - and not much else - and tables laden with sex toys,” posted The Province at the time, going on:
“That’s right. In Abbotsford. The city that boasts more than 80 churches and temples in the heart of what is sometimes called the Bible Belt is hosting the Fraser Valley’s first sex show this weekend.”
Now, says a new Province story, “Organizers of the Fraser Valley’s first sex show are trying to determine how a 15-year-old girl entered the adults-only event and posed for a sexy photo.”
“It is something we do not take lightly,” Terra Connor of Canwest Trade Shows is quoted as saying. “This has never happened to us before.”
Connor said it’s believed the girl snuck past security with one of the sex-show exhibitors.
“Organizers found out about the incident when the girl’s mother came to the show the next day carrying a photo of her daughter wearing a corset, posing on a motorcycle,” says the story.
“Photographer Karen Learmonth said she had no idea the girl was 15 when she took her photo. ‘She came with a group of women from one of the other exhibits. She signed a release form saying she was over 18 . . . [The form] was a formality. You weren’t supposed to be able to get into the show if you were underage’.”

If it was my daughter, I’d be upset too.
Hard to say who really is at fault here, but the daughter is at the top of that list…

The daughter definitely isn’t too bright if she either showed the photo to her mother or allowed her mother to find it.
