Thing is, Bell will terminate your DSL service if you ACTUALLY USE your paid for PREMIUM bandwidth.

Also if you didn;t notice any throttling between 4:00pm-3:00am keep your mouth shut as to what area or BAS you are on.

		<description>Alot of crap in an ISP contract. Read it carefully, and if you want excessive bandwidth, pay the extra money. I pay extra for my premium bandwidth package, and if they are traffic shaping on me, I don't notice it. My torrents up/down-load at acceptable speeds.</description>
