The Pirate Bay ‘police’ witness farce

p2pnet news | P2P:- Significant numbers of corporate entertainment cartel Kopyright Kops were once real cops of one kind or another, p2pnet has remarked on many occasions.
And that’s handy because it means actuals and exes can ‘interface’ with each other during cartel ‘operations’ in which the movie and music industries use police and other agencies funded by taxpayers on corporate business.
Just how far this can go has been revealed by an interesting investigation of another kind by Sweden’s Kopit.se, from which the pic on the right comes.
Former police officer Jim Keyzer, “the leader and key witness in the Pirate Bay investigation” was, “recently employed by Warner Bros, one of the plaintiffs in the ongoing case against the Pirate Bay four,” says TorrentFreak, quoting Kopit.
How did Kopit find out?
Keyzer had a Facebook page —- ‘had’ because he’s since deleted it.
But no matter. Kopit has a copy here.
Meanwhile, “Pirate Bay’s Peter Sunde (brokep) stated: ‘He [Keyzer] confirmed that he is an employee there [at Warner] and we can’t see it in any other way than this being the reward for a work well done from the new employer of the police, the entertainment industry’,” says TorrentFreak.
But as we pointed out earlier, this isn’t exactly new. The RIAA and MPAA have been hiring cops for years.
In a recent example:
Question: What happens to cops when they decide they’ve had enough of real crime?
Answer: They turn to fake crime.
“In other words, they sign up with the RIAA,” p2pnet went on, “Or maybe the IFPI, or BPI, or one of the other corporate copyright enforcement outfits, all of which are happy retirement homes for ex-police officers of all ilks and persuasions.
“Ask former ATF agent Brad Buckles.”
In the spotlight this time around was a, “self-described former tomboy from tiny Trafford, Ala.,” namely, ex-FBI special agent Kathy Leodler.
Back to The Pirate Bay, “This is a legal outrage,” Sunde continues in TorrentFreak. “Talk about biased.
“Keyzer is in charge of the investigation. No matter the reasons to switch employer, this investigation has not been fair. We have felt that the investigation has concentrated on trying to locate something to point out as wrong with The Pirate Bay instead of determining if the activities of the site are unlawful or not.”
And,”This is pure, classic corruption,” the story has Rickard Falkvinge, leader of the Swedish Pirate Party, saying.
“Big companies from foreign nations trying to affect the outcome in a Swedish Court of Justice with straightforward bribes. Now the copyright lobby is showing its true face”
Adds TorrentFreak:
“The legal investigation into the Pirate Bay started nearly two years ago, after the controversial raid on the Pirate Bay in May 2006. At the time the Swedish police confiscated 180 servers, most of which had nothing to do with the BitTorrent tracker. Last December the investigation finally came to an end, resulting in 4,000 pages of legal paperwork.”

You mean that these corrupted cops turn to become “real crime” Criminals.
The good news is that these bags of crap are no longer shaming the police they use to work for.
The bad news for them is that they make themselves a target and we know how targets ends up!

The music cartel are coruption experts They corrupt judges, elected officials, member of the governement, cops and by itself this is a crime. They are a bunch of criminals and antisocial.
The good news is that soon they will no longer be able to afford their corruption budget! Actually it is already weakening because they never realized how much they would have to spend on it.
Their trolling budget for exemple is almost flat. This may be why you don’t read so many Pro music cartel trolling any more. The end is near for them. This is their last desesperate kamikaze attack right now in progress. It might be their last one.
