"Freedom of Speech" does not equal "Freedom to Make Movies". Your freedom to say anything you want has nothing to do with taxes. Just because you choose an expensive media format to "express yourself", that's your decision. Live with it. The Government (The People, supposedly) does not have any obligation to "adjust the financial investment (to your benefit)" required for you to say what you want on your chosen media outlet.
