And XP SP2 is twice as fast as Vista SP1.

Yes, I have been awaiting the new Ubuntu release for a couple of months now… the next Fedora was also slated to come out soon but has been pushed back a couple of weeks to around the end of hte first week of May (I think)

The link is only for the OVERVIEW of SP3 (which has been available for a while already),
not to download the pack itself.

Sorry Jon but there’s no news here - AFAIK SP3 is so far only available through to OEM manufacturers.
Won’t be available online until 4/29 (if you believe the media).

Now if an OEM engineer could torrent his spankin’ new copy of SP3…

in other news, the new version of ubuntu comes out in just a couple of days.

i just ordered a new laptop, which just happened to come with vista business ultimate. sadly, ill be formatting the hard drive and getting rid of all that horrible crappy proprietary LICENSED software (that i dont own or control anyway), and putting some good open soucre linux on there.
