p2pnet.net News:- In spite of suing close to 3,000 people and doing their best to link file sharers with hard-core criminals, the Big Five record labels haven’t made a dent in online music networking.
File sharing hasn’t diminished. Nor have the Big Five been able to conclusively - or even effectively - support their claim that file sharing is “devastating” their multi-billion-dollar business. About all they’ve done is to prove to the world that they’re incapable of adjusting to modern markets and marketing conditions.
Now they’re trying to convince you that a new site listing the many and various plastic music ’stores’ carrying Big Music product online, and backed and supported by Big Music, is THE place.
One of the biggest travesties in the vast Big Five repertoire of misinformational ‘facts’ is their all but outright claim that sites supported by them are the only legal entities in the online music world.
It’s an obvious load of old cobblers. But people take it in.
The reality is: the Big Music sites are the absolute worst places to go if you’re looking for good, affordable new music.
The Net is packed with independent sites selling music created by independent musicians. And they’re all perfectly legal, perfectly legitimate and perfectly above-board.
Moreover, unlike the Big Music sites which carry the same 500,000 to 700,000 trackes by the same performers at more or less the same prices, the indie sites offer genuine choice - millions and millions of tracks from artists represewntring the world’s culturers.
Some are offered free of charge.Some have charges. The ways and means of listening to their music are as diverse as the sites themselves.
So when the IFPI ( International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) tells us of the “publication of a new directory of digital music services,” you know what not to expect.

Who needs a list of over 100 legeal services? Well I don’t.

THEN ALSO VARIOS OTHER ARTIST SUCH AS LUDACRIS, AND USHER,…. AND IT CONTINUES TO GROW,……. HELLO,……. I AM FETTYCHICCO THA,…. WRITER,…… PREFORMER,…… HIDDEN TALLENT, THAT WILL WALK UP TO YOU UNIDENTIFIEDLY AND KICK OFF A JAMFEST AND I FEEL THAT THE WORK OF AN ARTIST IS THE PERSONAL REFLECTION OF THE ARTIST AT HAND WHOEVER HE OR SHE MAY BE,….. PERSONAL EXSPERIANCES,…… THAT ARE TRANSLATED INTO MUSIC,….. AS THE ORGIN OF MUSIC WAS ORIGINALLY WAS OUR WAY OF PRAISING OUR OWN PERSONAL PRACTICES OF PRAYER AND PRAISE TO OUR CHOICE OF BELEIFE.

When you here Twista on the radio with “Celebrety over Night”, what comes to my mind first is the SITUATION THAT ALLEGABLY INVOLVES R.KELLY. THIS IS THE EXPRESSIONS OF THE ARTIST AT HAND THAT PAINTS A CANVAS PICTURE IN YOUR MIND ABOUT A SUBJECT AND THE UP-CLOSE AND PERSONAL VEIW OF ANY CHOSEN SUBJECT AS THE ARTIST VEIWS THE SUBJECT. FOR EXAMPLE: OUTKAST has a song named,”Roses”, where KANYA WEST has a song named, “ALL FALLS DOWN”. Now there you have two seperate expressions of a similar subject translated into music, of two seperate ARTISTIC VEIW POINTS. AS A FELLOW ARTIST FROM ONE ARTIST TO THE NEXT THERE IS A TRUE APRECIATION FOR THE ORIGANALITY OF THE CONTENT PRETAINING TO THE SIMILARITY OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF SELF-CONIOUSNESS THAT ARE CLEARLY ORIGINAL, EVERY TIME. NOW IS THE CASE WHERE AN ARTIST POORS THERE HEART OUT INTO A SONG CAN IT ACTUALLY BE CONSIDERED AS PRAISE IN THE FASHON OF COMMUNICATING WITH THE SPIRITUAL WORLD WHILE THE MESSAGE DELIVERS EITHER GOOD OR BAD SPIRITS AS YOU LISTEN TO THE MUSIC ?
OR DO YOU CHOOSE TO IGNORE THE SPIRITS THE MUSIC BRINGS,……. THE CHOICE IS YOURS,…… AS EVERY ARTIST MAY VARRY. Now just imagine the energies of listening to the music multiplied at the rate of the preformance,…… and what do you get ? CHICAGO’s OWN
