Just for the record. Emma was NOT illegally drinking alcohol at all.

She is clearly having a meal (or about to) in the UK it is perfectly legal for someone as young as 13 (possibly younger) to have alcohol with a meal so long as the meal is not by the bar.

The really serious part of those pictures, is that she is drinking corona. That beer tastes so badly and has like .0005% alcohol. I’m quite a boozer and I prefer to stay sober a friday night than to drink corona.

any way these are prbly pictures taken for fun. She is an actress and hopefully wont slip up again b/c its putting her reputation and career (and now education) on the line. I agree though because at first she did seem well off. Now its like Grint is the only one with a clean record, well from what I know atleast…

If you look in the top picture closely, it looks like she is out for a meal.
The laws abotu drinking in England are
“you can drink in your own home from the age of 5″
“You can have a drink at a restauraunt or pub when eating from the age of 15″
“You can buy alcohol and drink legally at the age of 18″
“You can drink on the streets from the age of 21″

so, she really wasnt breaking the law if shes at a meal or her house and so what even if she wasnt? everyone breaks the drinking age law.

I thought you should all know the drinking age is 18, but if you are naive enough to think that everbody sticks to that, then you have lived a very sheltered life.

uhh, FIRST of all. in Europe it’s COMPLETELY legal to drink at 16 and second of all, in that picture she WAS wearing underwear, u just put the star over it anyway. haha, how stupid
