AS George of the tv show “The Hour” suggested
make a cd of mixed music and burn it and place it on a bench or other place people sit.
Imagine if the RIAA woke up and millions a cds were everywhere.

OHHHH the HUMANITY no free music that people can enjoy that would be wrong

Hahaa priceless. These ****s will use any means, legal, illegal, quasilegal and otherwise to further their rapacious greed, at the same time attempting to change laws and persuade authorities by threats, bribes and propaganda.

They should be wiped out. The interesting thing is that one of these days they WILL be, along with their misgotten wealth.

That’s right, staying positive is important. However, it can become hollow and empty speech.

Aside from setting a valuable precedent here (perhaps THE vp), it also defines “distribution”. Mediasentry downloaded songs, but not only is that entrapment, it proves nothing as they are biassed and unreliable witnesses and not objective. They could have hacked into the PC to get music also, something not foreign to them.

Besides, intent is not sufficient to prove the action. They haven’t even shown intent, as the victim may have been firewalled to prevent uploading. In any case it was accidental and the music was apparently placed there by someone else, probably for the sake of appearing to share in order for others to allow downloading.

I’m surprised anyone still uses Kazaa anyway, but I’m sure adults of their age wouldn’t be.

Opps, I left my entire CD collection out on the front porch last night.

I hope nobody endangered my freedom by copying any of them, I could get into big trouble for that…
