Is Harper among ‘100 most influential’?

p2p2pnet news | Celebrities:- Guess who’s more influential than Canadian prime minister Stephen Harper?
Miley Cyrus.
She’s on Time’s fifth 100 most influential people list.
But Harper isn’t.
One of the reasons Cyrus is doing so well is because there her parents “(including dad Billy Ray)” are “teaching her important life lessons,” says Time.
And No, it isn’t joking.
Cyrus is up there alongside the Dalai Lama, Russian president Vladimir Putin and Chinese president Hu Jintao.
George W. Bush is back after being left off last year, but he’s behind Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, all of whom after his job.
“When Time asked its readers to name the most influential people of the year, the No. 1 choice from 200 candidates was Nintendo video game designer Shigeru Miyamoto,” says Reuters, adding:
“Miyamoto tallied almost 2 million votes, 300,000 more than the runner-up, Korean pop singer Rain.”
US TV comedian Stephen Colbert came in third.
But, “The Time magazine list includes not just those with a positive influence but people who may have changed the world for the worse,” says the story, adding:
“Baitullah Mehsud, an al Qaeda-linked militant commander accused of being behind a wave of suicide attacks, including one that killed former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto last December, was listed.”
However, “Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was not on this year’s list.”
