since najib had mentioned that he was not involved in the Mongolian case and he also said that ALLAH is his witness, good then, let the god be the witness and punish these cold hearted people who are worst then animals. Because I believe in this world there is still justice from GOD.

hmmm….slander…lets see….here in america….in my opinion….the man who calls himself our president…. a fact that a lot of americans don’t agree with….should be…impeached…charged with treason…found guilty….and taken out against a wall and shot like the traitor to the american people that he is….
Now sue me for slander….lock me up…throw away the key…

I think what he wrote can be considered defamatory but the criminal charges against him using the Sedition’s Act shows that the Government is afraid of suing him and being forced to testify in court. Under the Sedition’s Act, he can be found guilty of inciting hate against a government official even if what he says is true.

He claims to have evidence to support his article, so let’s wait and see.

You see how freedom of speech can be abused. They say we need such freedom to make us happy. You may say anything, but if you trample the rights of others there will be consequences and rightly so. I don’t know anything about this story however, but if you want to say such inflammatory things, you need to be aware of the laws of the land, who you may offend, and use discretion.

You never say things like he did, even if you don’t mean it literally, or if you wish it to be taken ambiguously. Even if his accusations were true, it’s never an excuse to take the law into our own hands, and one should never assume for one minute that you are anonymous and can’t be traced.
