		<description>I think the amazing thing about winmx is that while the community are in charge and the client remains free there is not a chance in hell they will ever find anyone to sue, let alone actually obtain any readies.

I think this agenda of theirs has been clear from the Groskter era and we will need to keep our eyes open for their next scam, its suprising to me that hackers have not found weaknesses in the &quot;spy&quot;mesh sponored client that this RIAA front forces the brands it has assimilated to use.</description>

		<description>I think you neglected to mention (although you about summed up the p2p universe otherwise) that WinMX is still going strong also, as long as long as open nap networks are used. Sharing is necessary with it though, but you get to see what individual users are sharing, plus you can multi-source downloads. Servers are pretty good with keeping out the trash also.</description>

		<description>I prefer Phex, which is Java like LimeWire and connects to Gnutella (and implements it completely), and should LimeWire go down, it should be able to support most LimeWire users.</description>
