		<description>I'm not sure you can sue for having a spider named after you. I don't think there are laws that exist to cover that.

I firmly believe that suing over naming a spider after you would be petty and frivolous. If, on the other hand, it were a type of skunk that was named after him, I would understand any animosity.</description>

But why put your name or someone elses to a species? Makes no sense to me. The same with latin names. Just a good, plain English description should suffice.</description>
