p2pnet scores on Statbot Leaderboard

p2pnet news | P2P:- What does p2pnet have that, well, lots of other sites don’t have?
It’s on Big Numbers freak Yuvi Panda’s the new Statbot Leaderboard for discussion links
p2pnet is #86 out of 100. But that’s not bad, n’est ce pas?
There’s a ‘Presence’ line with a score of 0.002395. We have no idea what that means, but p2pnet gets 330 for links. (Don’t know what that means either ;) )
“The Techmeme Leaderboard, CrunchBase Bloggerboard and my own All-Time Techmeme Leaderboard only take into account the Headlines on Techmeme,” says Yuvi, who’s 17.
“However, most of the interesting discussion happens in the, err, Discussion Links,” he says. “So, I consider them as important, if not more important, than the headlines.”
‘Headlines’ is the first section, but p2pnet doesn’t appear there.
Back to Discussions, which is Part II, number 85 is http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com, 87 is http://www.macworld.com, and down there at # 90 is http://www.msnbc.msn.com.
http://blogs.zdnet.com is Numero Uno on both.
Says Yuvi >>>
Expect stats about online “public” behavior of various popular folks on twitter, friendfeed, their blogs, flickr, etc. Also, you’ll see stats about communities - The Digg community, theWikipedia one, the slashdotters, “farkers”, the folks who leave comments at Engadget, those who answer questions on Yahoo answers, the folks who writemaintain Firefox, those who complain at the MSDN forums- the list is endless. Wherever there is a community, I’ll measure it.
He says elsewhere:
“I hope to work at Microsoft one day. I hope to meet Raymond Chen. I hope to meet Rico Mariani. I hope to meet Steve Wozniak. I hope to meet Brad Abrams. I hope to meet Dave Cutler. I hope to meet Linus Trovalds. I hope to meet myself in that list.”
Microsoft?
Yuvi, Yuvi.
/sigh.
Have you no higher ambition than that?

The link count of 330 means that 330 times an article from your site was on Techmeme
And, a presence of 0.002 means that 0.2% of all Discussion Links are from you
Well, as for Microsoft: It is still Microsoft or a Startup
Have to update that page to say that….
